Which essence to choose depends on your aims and needs at the time. Asking yourself one or more of these questions will help you select the best essence for you to take:
- How do I want to feel, think and act now?
- What do I want to focus on achieving or accomplishing now? Which state of being would best support me in doing that?
- Which state would most helpful in dealing with my current opportunities or challenges?
- Which abilities and approaches would I like to strengthen to develop myself further?
Make your answers positive - think about what you DO want rather than what you don't want.
Select the essence created for the success state which most closely matches your answers.

The recommended way is diluted in spring water, five drops to a glass, sipped as required. One to three glasses of essence drops in water per day is suggested.
Alternatively, if you like to carry a small bottle of spring water around with you, then put five drops of essence into the water.
If water is not available or convenient, up to five drops of essence can be diluted in other drinks or taken neat onto the tongue.
It is generally recommended to take only one essence at a time, and, for clarity of focus, take no more than three different essences during the course of any one day.
Alcemi Essences can also be used to help create the atmosphere and energy you want in a room. Dilute 5 drops in spring water and use a sprayer with a fine nozzle to gently spray some mist into the air. (Use a new sprayer or one that has only held water (or water mixed with Alcemi Essences before. ) Avoid spraying directly onto equipment, furniture or anything that might be damaged by direct contact with water.
Alcemi Essences are highly diluted and work at a vibrational energy level. They are intended to enhance and support positive mental and emotional states of being. They are not remedies against unwanted feelings, or medicines to alleviate mental and emotional problems or illnesses.
