Privacy policy
We believe that the issue of privacy is very important. When
you place an order we need to know your name, email address,
postal address and shipment address. This allows us to process
and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
We do not make this information available to any third parties.
Alcemi collects no information about and has no knowledge
of your credit card or banking details. At the checkout your
card details are given direct to PayPal
on their secure payment system.
Delivery
We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order as soon
as possible after we receive it. . Please allow 28 days to
receive your order, although we will aim to dispatch it within
two working days. We will email you to inform you when we
have dispatched it.
Complaints
We want you to be happy with our products and services. If
for any reason you are not, please contact us on info@alcemi.org.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but please allow
5 working days.
Refunds
Should you require a refund, you must return the goods to
us unopened and unsoiled. Once the returned goods are received
and found to be in perfect condition, we undertake to reimburse
you the purchase price of the returned articles. Return postage
is at your expense.
